Upside:An industry buzzword that either means 'the good news' or a product's potential for future sales. Url tagging: The process of embedding distinctive identifires into URLs contained in HTML content.These identifiers are recognired by Web servers, resulting in an evalution of the user as well as number of visitors to a site. User agent: The field in an extended web server log field that indicate the browser and platform used by a visitor. Utility: a program that helps maintain and improve the efficiency of a coumputer system. UGC(user-generated content): The creative contribution of users who post their own content online in form of text,audio,video,etc .Since the internet is interactive blogs and social networking are popular places for people to post their own content.
